I’ve inquired for a vacation with an agent named Didac. Was sent some choices for packages but when reached out to again about another option, never heard from him. I don’t know how comfortable can you be with an agency who seemed to just ghost you. I would’ve loved to be transferred to another agent if he was quite busy. He was quick to send those initial package options and making sure I click on his linksprobably for comission? if I do buy, but when they did not suffice and asked for another option-gone. First and very last experience with this agency.
Have used Flight Centre for many years. Shane at the 4th Avenue location was great, and we had another worry free ticket purchase. Love that he double-checked things like spelling of names on passports and covid travel requirements for the country being traveled to.
Booked from this location twice. Second time did not go as smooth as expected. Our travel agent Nicki was unprepared and barely provided us any expertise or information on our trip booked. Will not return to this location for future travel planning.
Nicki was very knowledgeable and extremely prompt.. she booked two return flights to Europe for a family of three and a service dog. So much easier than doing it on your own. I appreciate her professionalism. Thank you Nicki.
I dealt with a staff member named Kyle. Worst experience ever. The customer service was terrible. Bad attitude from this guy too. He might be out of Calgary. I would steer clear from flight centre.
We took our children to their first time to Hawaii. Dilnavaz recommended The Hyatt Place at Waikiki beach. The hotel was great, it included breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We had a really good time. So glad that I didn’t have to do all the research myself and left it up to Dilnavaz to figure it all out for me. It was such a huge relief and sense of security knowing that all our requests were being taken care of. Thank you staff at flight centre.
Dominique was incredibly helpful! I had nearly 100 different questions that she answered throughout the planning and booking process. She gave fantastic custom choices for destinations I had chosen. 10/10 I would go back to book more vacations with her!
Excellent service from Didac! He made sure to personalize our trip to Spain to our needs and likes and went beyond with his personal restaurant and rooftop bar recommendations in Barcelona. I can’t wait to book my next trip with him. Thanks!
If I could rate Dominque Dyon more than 5 stars I totally would. Me and my 2 friends had to cancel our trip to Bali and book another trip to Mexico, within a few days due to unseen circumstances and we were stuck in YVR. We called flight centre, and got in touch with Dominique Dyon who helped us so quick, and was super understanding and got us a really good deal! We bothered her with so many questions every few hours and she always answered with such a positive attitude. She made our stressful day, stress free. We talked about her the whole time we were in Mexico because we were so happy with her generosity. I will definitely be asking her for help again if I ever need to book another trip. I cannot recommend her enough. She's an amazing soul.
Tracey helped my fiancé and I book a last minute trip to Las Vegas. She was extremely helpful and efficient. Although prices weren’t the best at the time, she made an effort to check multiple airlines and packages that would best suit our price range. We will definitely be calling her in the future.
