Flight Centre Circle

I have had nothing but good experience here. I've booked multiple flights, both within Canada and internationally, through them and had no problems. The staff are super helpful and friendly and will always do what it takes to get you the best deals. They offer really helpful advice and are flexible. I won't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Flight Centre Circle mall and would definitely go back to book my future trips with them. I had a complicated itinerary and spent countless hours trying to search different itineraries online. After getting frustrated and confused by the overwhelming amount of options and how the prices kept changing, I thought I would give Flight Centre a try. They were quick to offer their advice and professional opinion and found a better itinerary with a lower price than anything I could find online. I was very impressed and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Everyone I have dealt with at Flight Centre Circle mall has been more than accommodating and willing to help if needed. They have always helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Service with a smile!

I bought tickets from Flight center (different stores) and every time I had some sort of difficulty. The last time was this store. I was in the process of buying international trip tickets for about $7400 and I noticed a misspelling of one the names. When they fixed the spelling, suddenly, the priced jumped up about $100! Although it wasn't my mistake by the agent said there's nothing they can do and I paid the extra $100. I also bought 5 one-way tickets from Toronto to Saskatoon (by Air Canada) and the agent (another one) charged me about $274 for each passenger and assured me that was the lowest price. When I went home and check the ticket on the Air Canada web site it turned out to be $204 for each passenger!! They technically charged me extra $350 for 5 passengers. The day after I went back and after a discussion they refunded the $350. The staffs were nice and polite BUT THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I BOOK FLIGHTS WITH FLIGHT CENTER. IT'S A BUSINESS FRAUD.

NEVER I repeat NEVER deal with Flight Centre!!! They do NOT have the lowest prices for flights they will absolutely rip you off. And my God if you ever have to claim something for insurance don't be surprised if they throw away your files and try blaming you for their mistakes. The customer service is TERRIBLE. It has been well over a year that I've been fighting for my insurance money of $1500. All they ever do is keep telling me I have more forms to sign even when I triple check with them that it's the last of the paperwork. I've been on the phone constantly with them and been inside talking with them countless times. I'm at my wits end but will NOT stop fighting until they PAY UP!!! What a joke of a company I hope they go out of business. No paying customer deserves to be treated in such a way. Looks like I will have to gather up my forms and documents for the FOURTH TIME and resubmit them AGAIN. It should be pretty cut and dry but somehow these people don't have enough brains to deal with simple paperwork. If you ever wish to book flights this is NOT the place! You have been warned.
