Visiting the Flight Centre made planning our trip a breeze. Omar talked us through the pros and cons of potential itineraries, and was incredibly knowledgeable. The visit was productive and enjoyable, and booking our trip through the travel agency rather than doing it independently has given us great peace of mind.

Had a great experience with Kylie Anderson who provided fast, efficient and pleasant service. She gave us lots of options to choose from that fitted what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Elyshia was quick to book my travel arrangements and after that was unable to assist me any further. Emails and messages were ignored.... I will no longer be booking with flight centre.

The worst place to go to book a vacation trip. If you don't want have your day ruined don't go to this place, you will have the worst customer service, really bad aptitude from employees and the worst of all if you are not canidia or have an accent you will be discriminated.

Amazing service, will always come back! Cannot recommend Elyshia enough. She really gives amazing service: professional, attentive, answered all our questions and really tried to make our trip as easy and stress-free as  as possible with two little ones! Thank you again Elyshia! We'll definitely be back for the booking of our next trip!  :

I have emailed, 5 times, phone a store… 3 times left 3 voicemails and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I live in Montreal where there are no location. I have a 400$ gift card I’d love to use but I cannot seem to be able to… really… if I didn’t have a gift card I’d just stop and move on…. Do not deal with them

Ottawa Ontario office. During COVID they are enforcing meetings by appointment only. So drop-ins are not possible. However, they do their best to answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Their system is not able to match the beatdown prices.of.some websites but they were pretty close and give excellent service.
