When I went there in end of August, I knew I was at the right place . As soon as you walk in it feels so delightful. This is my favorite florist. They are professional and so kind. I ordered flowers recently for a friend's birthday, but did so over the phone as I was a bit pressed for time. I gave a brief description of what I was looking for, and when I arrived to pick up the flowers, they were absolutely perfect. The arrangement was beautiful and elegant - trouble had obviously been taken, even though it was quite a small order! Thank you.
Brent was exceptional when I called in an order @ Westmount Florist, this past week. I’ve been very fortunate to have seen this extraordinary, hands on florist boutique excel over three generations. Whenever I order for certain occasions I know that the quality and beauty of the bouquet will always be perfect!
I was hoping for a larger arrangement since it cost 250 dollars plus tax plus delivery charge. Although the arrangement was eye-pleasing and well put-together, the purple flowers that were added to give some pop to the otherwise white grouping of flowers plus greenery were a bit wilted due to the cold of the refrigerator at the funeral parlour. This is because delivery had to take place on the Saturday since the flower shop was closed on the Sunday when the visitation took place. The service when I called to place the order was very kind and considerate, however, and my request in terms of colour was met.
