The Ladies that work there are most helpful and very considerate. I was served in French as I spoke in French and they also speak very good English. I was not sure what to buy and they helped me choose exactly what turned out to be what my Wife wanted lol!!! what a surprise :). I recommend this place and not sure if they are the same people who served the other person who Is complaining.

Very unprofessional. They messed up my orders both times I tried to use them. When they screwed up the second time and I told them, they thought I was rude (when really the lady I was dealing with was being rude) and they actually went to the receiver's house and took the wrong flowers they sent back (without telling me) and didn't bring the new ones. Very shameful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
