I called this florist on February 16, for them to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my family member at a near by hospital. The lady that answer the phone was amazing, she was so understanding and pleasing. I asked for blue butterflies and she didn't have any but still got some and put them in a beautiful arrangement. Thank you so much for bringing so many smiles with your bouquet.
Brand new florist in Cavendish mall, right near the food court. They have a nice selection of flowers as well as handmade Chalav Yisrael Chocolates. Right now I'm giving it 3 stars, I'm very mixed about the place. I've been there twice so far, the first time was an amazing experience. They were nice and helpful and even offered me a free chocolate, which led me to buy a basket. The flowers were reasonable. My second trip I was looking forward to buying a nice bouquet and a gift basket of chocolates. The woman was so unpleasant that I almost walked out. Aside for not being helpful, she scratched up some tissue paper and handed me half dead flowers. They guy at the register was so quick to ring me up that I didn't even have time to choose chocolates. The price of the flowers was significantly higher than their competitors. Not sure why the prices went up so much. Not sure about this place yet, we shall see.
I dealt with this Florist several times and I have only positive things to say about them. So far I have always been very pleased. Very helpful and offer good ideas with great taste.
