I am writing to inquire about the status of my transfer process to the main campus in Fleming College, Peterborough. I made all the related documents that are required for the visa processing and need the PAL to file the visa. I would greatly appreciate any updates or information you can provide regarding the progress of my transfer application for the September intake. It's been a long time since I have been waiting for the decision.nThank you for your attention to this matter. Your assistance in keeping me informed throughout this process is greatly appreciated.nLooking forward to hearing from you soon.nnBest Regards,nRose ShresthanStudent ID: 10351385
I have completed my study in this April. In these 16 months, I learned a lot in Business Diploma course. I want to give special thanks to professor Nawazudeen , Vikram chawla and Jose castellon. But I can’t deny the efforts of other professors too. Everyone did a great job and I really appreciate their work. Thank you Fleming College Toronto for giving me opportunity to study in this college.
Deeply Disappointing Experience with the Therapeutic Recreation CoursennMy time at this college, particularly within the Therapeutic Recreation course led by Professor Marget, has been profoundly disheartening. I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make informed decisions:nn- Unjust Academic Practices: It became increasingly clear that Professor Marget had set unrealistic standards, seemingly with the intent to ensure the failure of certain students. The criteria for success were obscure and inconsistently applied, creating an environment where academic progress felt unattainable.nn- Financial Exploitation: The college's approach to course-related fees was both shocking and disheartening. Additional charges were levied with little to no explanation, resembling more an act of coercion than a legitimate educational requirement. This 'pay-to-pass' mentality felt akin to dealing with beggars, where you are left with no choice but to comply if you wish to continue your education.nn-Disregard for Student Well-being and Time: Despite being advertised as a full-time course, the entirety of the program was conducted online, which in itself wouldn't be an issue if not for the unexpected imposition of full-day Sunday classes. These classes were scheduled at the college's discretion, with little regard for students' personal time or commitments, further exacerbating the challenging environment.nnFinal Remarks:nnI embarked on this educational journey with high hopes and a deep desire to learn and grow within the field of therapeutic recreation. Instead, I was met with practices that seemed designed to hinder rather than help students succeed. The combination of potentially biased academic failure, financial exploitation, and a blatant disregard for student well-being has led me to recommend that prospective students carefully reconsider their options before choosing this institution.nnI urge every Indian and international student to avoid this college if you want to be at peace in Canada
As a current student, i regret to say that this college is a mess. No matter where you turn, people will lie to you. Especially academic advisor's who are supposed to help you, are the worst. They will steer you wrong insted of giving you right advice. But one good thing is they have good professor's who will listen to you if you need any help. But in last they even can't do any thing in front of the higher authorities.
I am dissatisfied with this college. The strong push to collect tuition fees contrasts starkly with the lengthy delays in refunding fees after withdrawal. This focus on revenue collection over student welfare is disappointing and reflects a view of students as mere sources of money.
