Booked for a wedding party, very reasonably priced. Hair and make up for our bridal team of 4. Make up was beautiful but she did use her own makeup directly on your skin. lipsticks mascara eyeliner, shared brushes I brought my own make up. She had no problem when I asked to use my own makeup. Hair, everyone looked beautiful 2 hairstyles working on us saved so much time. I'm the only one that asked for a lower simple bun with wispy Romantic strands. I ended up with an intricate weaved backing. She said I had a lot of hair and kept asking to change it up. Make sure you double check when showing them the picture it's doable. Price, service, experience great.
Absolutely in love with my hair! This is my first balayage and it turned out better than the pictures I showed them beforehand. These ladies are also very kind and such a good time. Great experience overall!Services: Balayage

Very disrespectful to me. First time going I had booked for highlights and haircut/style and hairstylist was serving another customer, I waited about an hour for her to start on me. She talked me into a full hair colour instead of highlights and in hindsight I think it was because it was quicker. I specifically said I didn’t want it to be “orangey” coloured and it was, still is 5 weeks later and I hate it. Then she said she didn’t realize I wanted a cut also so another stylist did it, it was a nice cut. I booked again for a trim 5 weeks later with the stylist who cut my hair the first time. Got there on time but she had just started foil highlights on another customer. Said she wouldn’t be long. After 20 minutes, when I could see she would still be awhile, I said I could wait no longer and asked for my deposit back. Lady at the desk offered to cut my hair then but I didn’t book with her so had no idea of how she cut hair. Never will I give them my service again!Services: Hairstyling
I liked the service provided to me by Van. She really applied herself and made sure I was okay from beginning to end. The salon itself is clean and looks nice. However I wish there was more customer care from the rest of the team. My appointment was for 2:15. I was there at 2 and after checking in, no one addressed me until Van came to get me at 2:23. No "your esthetician will be there shortly "; or "Do you need anything?".

I just did my nails with Tatiana, and it is the best manicure I’ve ever had! She is very detail oriented, meticulous, and patient. Clearly an expert!! I will definitely come again. MayaService: Manicure
Spent 6 and a half hours there to get a blond root job. Not only did it come out orange and yellow instead of blond after hours of products, they charged me more than double the price of an ombre $450. The hairdresser was kind but refused to talk prices with me until she charged me an absurd amount I had to go get fixed elsewhere. They quoted my daughters bangs cut at $15 and charged me $35. I will never go back, don't be fooled by their coupons. Added remarks postreply from the salon: I appreciate the reply but you're not painting an accurate description of events. I always felt and stated that the stylist was kind and patient but the truth is, the results were not good, it was not a color correction to begin with , it was a root job and because the results didn't come out, it became a color correction.. My hair was never metallic, where are you getting that form?! As for the trim, it was a bang trim, quoted at $15 and I was charged $35 and told that to be nice I get a discount.. I very much reproche that when I asked about prices as time went on, it was avoided until I was about to leave. I booked a $200 appointment, should that be exceeded, it's important to inform the client. I asked and was left to guess until the end.Services: Hair coloring
I had a great experience at Flawless Hair Salon and Spa! My hair was cut and styled exactly as I wanted. Razan provided lots of helpful tips for hair care and ideas for future appointments. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you!
