I have been going since I was 15 or 16 years old. I have never had a problem with them. The nurses and Doctor I've had are very nice and sweet. They also offer a sliding fee scale for patients which was very helpful when I was younger. Highly recommend.

Had to go here to get some immunizations for work, the office was clean and tidy...The front receptionist was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Then the nurse Lilian who gives you the shot is just top notch....everyone could take a lesson from her upbeat, positive ,cheerful, attitude..#lovedher...a very positive experience....

Older receptionist lady needs to learn customer service skills at the immunization clinic. She is NOT nice at all. Everyone else I have dealt with seems to be nice. I'm sooo tired of dealing with mean crabby people. Get a job where you sit behind a wall and don't have to deal with anyone if you don't like them!

I recently had to get a DTAp shot for my employer I had to take time out of work to drive an hour to the health department.The front desk at the health department told me I was up to date and printed out my records so I thought.I got back to my work and they had given me another persons records to whom I did not know. They must have not checked my form for my name and when we called to resolve the mix up they we're not helpful and made it seem like it was our problem and mistake. Due to all the mess up I had personal information of another individual as well as needing to take more time off from work to resolve it. This has to in some way violate HIPPA. I understand people make mistakes but we were not even given an apology to make things better .
