One of their drivers (cab 201) is a jerk and believes he owns the road. Rides your bumper honking telling you when you are meant to turn left into oncoming traffic. Then follows you into a parking lot and demands you let him pass before your able to back into a stall. When you half backed in and your car is on a angle he pulls up leaving less then 6 inches so you scrape your car on his grill. If you ask him kindly to back up he tells you that you should ''pull ahead so he can pass then I can back in'' as he put it, then he pulls up even closer. I had to ask a pedestrian if it was going to scrape my car. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I left my purse in the backseat of one of there taxi vans on Saturday February 3rd around 1am. I have called multiple times and the dispatcher has been unable to get a hold of the driver to locate my purse..I know I left it in the taxi. Hoping to hear back from them soon.

Booked a taxi oneline two days prior to my need for the taxi . Upon booking it said I would receive a confirmation Email . 24 hours after booking . When I call them they said there is no booking . Even owner of this company speak so rude . He abuse me we don't have your booking go to hell . If they give service like that then . Then no body use this company . They are bad company in Sherwood park .
