I needed a quote on metal roofing materials for my home and I have been trying for a week now to get that quote. My experience is that these folks often don't answer the phone and they didn't return calls after a week of attempted phone contact and messages. They do not seem to care much about new customers or at least that seems to be the case. I will take my business else where.

Talked to a woman on 05/08/2019. She said someone would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Called again on 05/23/2019. Rang about 10 times then just got a "memory is full". Too bad can't give zero stars.

Never returned my call so I could not tell you if their work is good or not but if your secretary takes my name and number and I never hear from you I guess i will find a roofer that calls back...

They never answer the phone. Ive never gotten a call back from messages left. Can’t leave a message most of the time because the mailbox is full. . May be time for a new office manager.

Doesn't return phone calls shop is padlocked shut and their is no answering machine spoke to a woman and she said she would have some one call me back that was a week ago
