Delicious generous portions! The restaurant is very nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was not quite as flavorful as other Haitian restaurants that I have been to but it was a good compromise with how clean the restaurant was.
Hands down the worst jerk chicken ever. Disappointed 3 slices of bland chicken breast over cooked and dry . And to top it off 0 spicy!! Definitely not worth 16$ . The jerk sauce tasted like st.hubert sauce with less salt
Usually i get good service and great food from this place but today was absolutely horrible. I ordered on UberEats the "légume portion". In the past, this option has always come with rice. I receive a phone call from a young lady claiming she works at the restaurant and the portion no longer comes with rice. I say the menu must have changed. She refuses to listen, insist that this was never the case and hung up on me. She calls again demanding i cancel the order; I say it's not my responsibility to cancel since the restaurant changed their menu and is now refusing my order. She was terribly rude, refused to listen and let me get a word in. As a Haitian, i try to support Haitian restaurants and used to even recommend Flap Flap to non Haitians. I will no longer be doing that. One thing i hate above all is rude service.
The food was good, nice portion. I had the boulettes with white rice and red beans sauce
I used to order from here all the time, I thought I would give it another go, I placed an order, an hour and a half later, nothing , so I called to check if everything was okay, they told me they just saw my order, so you know accidents happen, no big deal. 2 hours later still nothing, placed the order at 3 o clock its 6 o clock and I had to cancel, no special or rebate offered so I got to say I'm disappointed, this place used to be top-notch quality dont know what happened. My advice is to try Cantinho express.

The food is delicious. The griot can be a bit expensive, at around 14$ for a plate, but if you go around lunch time, on the afternoon, you get it for less than 11$ which is awesome. The place looks very cosy and the staff are cool.
Went there for the first time to buy lunch. Nice decoration and service. For the food, everything was good except the meat! It seems like the griot was rotten, it smelled bad. Very sad for them to serve this to clients to maybe some a couple bucks when they will lose a customer for life. I expect the cook to know what they are serving to people so I won't return to this place.
I hate to give a bad review but this place isn't worth the price and the food isn't tasty at all. I've given it so many tries but I just don't like how they try to rip people off with the high prices and low quality food. The place is clean though but the food is unbelievably bad.
deserve 5 star. i just finish my meal.just awesome flavor , a lot of everything, meat rice bean plantain and sauce... Very polite staff and the place is really clean.really worth a detour too try that place.i was too hungry ill post some photo tomorow
