After some difficulties with "no-shows" from different companies, I was blown away by Ryan's prompt communication, organized scheduling, and professionalism. He was able to guide me through the decision-making process on upgrading our furnace in a way I could easily understand. Ultimately he helped us realize gas wasn't the best option for our particular situation and even put us in touch with another business that would better suit our needs. Way above and beyond as far as customer service goes, and I wish we were able to continue working with him! Would highly recommend Ryan to anyone!

Ryan serviced my old fireplace and stretched its life as far as he could. When it finally came time to replace it, I got a couple of estimates and decided to go with Flametech. Their price was competitive, Ryan is very knowledgeable and straight-forward, and my experience with him servicing the old fireplace was always positive. I am so glad I did. He and his assistant did a great job, explained everything, were always on time, and left the place clean. Thanks, Ryan!

Competitive prices and rates. High quality workmanship. We are enjoying our Valor Fireplace that Ryan and his crew installed. Ryan and Flametech are the real deal. They come when they say they are coming, arrive on time and take care during the installation. They were also very helpful with all the things we needed to do before and after the job to make sure things went smoothly

I researched a number of companies before settling on this one and I am glad I did. Flametech is amazing. Ryan exemplifies superior customer service. He is efficient, on-time and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My fireplace looks great. We will definitely be using Flametech Heating for additional work we plan to have done this year.

I was very impressed with Ryan and his knowledge, quick response to provide me a quote and his respect for my budget. He was honest with what was needed in my small house and did not try to talk me into anything extra. I really felt that he understood my situation and I trusted him. He scheduled the work in a timely manner so I could access the rebates. All work was very professional and they were respectful of my home with a cleaning of the space. I would recommend Ryan to my friends.
