Excellent and refreshing purchase experience with the two Kevins. Earlier this week, I was in search of a retailer which had a Bowflex C6 bike in stock and on display. I called the team at Flaman and they took great care of me. Kevin Attril invited me down to demo the bike, set aside a unit for me and locked in a great promotional price. His excellent, low-pressure sales approach was followed by outstanding personal attention from the store manager Kevin Jackal who provided an A to Z overview of the bike at the shop and who arranged a fast & professional bike assembly and delivery to my home. I normally don't write reviews but decided to take a moment to provide some credit where credit is truly due. In a day and age where retailers and salespeople blindly churn customers, it's wonderfully refreshing to interact with a sales person and store manager who sincerely care about customer service and customer satisfaction. These guys are truly exemplary. Well done guys!
I don’t typically write reviews but I felt inspired to share my experiences with any potential customers that might be a looking to buy anything health and fitness related . Firstly kevin owner and staff have given me without a doubt the best possible experience i could have asked for when shopping for fitness equipment in BC I Bought the inspire scs smith cage system identical in appearance to the display unit in the store and I could not be happier with it . Having spent over 35+ years weight training and ending my last 4 consecutive gym years competing as a national level bodybuilder and sponsored athlete for bioX performance nutrition I have an inherent appreciation and respect for gym equipment . Flaman fitness Vancouver only stocks products Kevin believes in and I ended up buying The inspire scs weight bench , , scs multiple attachments, floor Mats , free weights , bars and everything needed for my new hone gym except the attachment for leg curls and leg extensions which I have since ordered to the store If are in need of someone to pressure you, or push or manipulate you into meeting their sales quotas then flaman fitness is NOT the store for you Kevin’s demeanour is calming , organized and respectful at all times and …..Kevin vis knowledgeable and also happily price matches / beats all other possible stores sale prices without hesitation , He is your one stop fitness shop case closed .
I was looking for some exercise equipment during the Pandemic, and other businesses weren't as helpful. They went out of their way to check supplies at the warehouse. I ended up purchasing a Max Trainer at Flaman Fitness Vancouver. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all their equipment and upkeep. Great service. Very grateful I dealt with this business. Everyone wants to know they are going to get good service with owners that have the knowledge, integrity and professionalism. Definitely a 5 plus dealing with this business.
I came in and was greeted immediately by the manager Kevin. Very friendly and straight to the point. Whatever I asked and wanted to purchase Kevin was able to look and confirm whether or not things were in stock. Timeline to get things in from their warehouse was very accurate as well.
I decided to purchase an elliptical cross-trainer in November and I decided to shop at Flaman Fitness based on their positive customer reviews. I am SO glad that I did! I had an excellent sales experience with their knowledgeable store manager Kevin and the delivery/set up crew were courteous, tidy and fast. I LOVE my exercise equipment and I have been using it regularly. I am so happy with my purchase and the service I received! I would strongly recommend this store/business to others interested in purchasing fitness equipment.
The staff I've met here have been so friendly and easy-going. I never felt pressure to purchase anything, they were very open to answering any questions I had about equipment, and would even recommend local stores nearby if they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. Awesome store with great people.
I have had 3 separate fantastic experiences here buying various gym equipment for my home gym. Kevin is super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. They are my "go-to" and I will be a loyal customer for many years.
I will be purchasing all of my fitness equipment from here going forward. Extremely knowledgeable staff and great deals. Dealt with Kevin- he took the time to go through the details of the equipment I bought and made sure that I had the best setup for my needs. Had an awesome experience with store manager Kevin I! He was very knowledgeable and listened to all our needs. They didn’t have what we wanted in store, but managed to get it ordered overnight and have it ready for pickup by morning! Will continue to shop here for all my fitness needs!
When I had a heart attack last year, I put my elliptical to good use for two hours a day. Even though it was a cheap Walmart brand that I had bought online it had served me excellently. However, it made a lot of noise and I needed something more quiet and more durable. My brother was a sergeant detective and he told me Spirit was one of the most reputable brands that the police used, so I decided the purchase was my investment into health. He also told me the police bought all their equipment from Flaman, so again this was where I decided to make my purchase. Wow, my Spirit elliptical really glides so quietly and smoothly, so unlike my former cheap elliptical! What a contrast: the Spirit makes exercise a really enjoyable experience! As for the service at Flaman Fitness, we've had our misunderstandings no one to blame, but manager Kevin Jackel gave me hands-down superb service and responded quickly and knowledgeably whenever I called him about questions I had about the machine. Very professional, knowledgeable about his products and eager to please — definitely, my brother is right, I couldn't go wrong with Flaman fitness. I am one very happy customer!
