I bought speakers here through the marketplace. The seller claimed the product was like new and worked well. He also agreed to deliver the box to the driver I arranged, which was a nice touch +1 point.nUnfortunately, this good behavior didn’t last. When I received the speakers, I noticed that one of the connectors banana plug was broken. I immediately notified the seller with photos. He replied that he was confident everything was fine when he sent them, insisting he had checked before selling which was definitely not the case. He then started blaming the driver and me. Our conversation ended with him sending me an Amazon link to buy a new connector—lol. :D
Picked up a monitor the other day. The one I chose was tested at the counter and had issues. The second one works fine! Customer service was 10+. So grateful he tested it for me before buying and leaving the store.
Great store! Amazing employees, very helpful. Got 15% off from a gumball machine! Picked up 2 great products at a great deal. They post the actual product from amazon, or whatever site it came from and their price. Pretty cool.
Purchased an item from “Jason” on marketplace for an aquarium light. Did not realize it was from a liquidation centre. Ad did not specify anything wrong with the light. The box was completely taped up so I didn’t open it till I got home but the pictures from online looked like it was brand new. Aquarium light was completely missing the power supply. Absolute waste of time for the fact that I paid 30$ for the item and to buy a new power supply I’m looking at at least 20-30$ and who’s to say the light even works and the aquarium light is 60$ new so could have saved myself the gas and just bought new instead. Even messaged Jason on marketplace and doesn’t even bother to respond. WASTE OF TIME
Ad from Market place is to good to be true, show a listed price then arrive in store and price is doubled. Box is claimed to never been opened but box is clearly been opened. Try to talk to an employee and get ignored, just copy and pasted items from amazon. Better off ordering directly from Amazon to ensure product is in good condition.
