We stopped in randomly on the way home from our vacation because we were concerned about our brakes. This little shop not only took us in pretty much immediately, but they were honest and gave us excellent service. They ensured that we and our three little ones would get home safe. Each mechanic we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Fixem Automotive!

First holiday in BC Canada, had a flat tyre on my rental car. Popped to these guys to see if i could book it in. They repaired it while I waited. Absolutely fantastic level of service and very fair price. Thanks again Very recommend.

My SUV developed over some time , a shake at highway speeds. Ryan was recommended and I dropped in without an appointment. He was very accommodating and had my vehicle in after a short time. The wheels were all checked over and rebalanced then rotated. I was completely satisfied with his professionalism and reasonable rates. I will use his shop again. J.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle to this shop of horrors. In December of 2017 I brought my 2006 SUV in for a new wheel bearing. I was told my brakes were done and needed new calipers, rotors and pads. I was told the cost not itemized before hand which was in total $1278 including labour. I needed my vehicle right away so I agreed assuming I was getting the best parts money could buy. $155 for pads alone !!!! Must have been made of gold. Less than two years and 15000 km of highway driving later, the brakes are shot. I can't prove it but its looks to me like you pay for premium parts and he puts cheap product on. Did I mention getting charged $331 for a wheel bearing you can get online for less than $100? Then the song and dance about warranties expired. Blah Blah blah. He shrugged his shoulders and said "Nothing I can do" I worked in retail for 40 years and I can tell you there is ALWAYS something you can do to satisfy a customer. Stay away!!!!!!!

Awesome affordable service. Ryan doesn't try to jack the prices because it's a small town and he actually is cheaper for oil changes than anyone in Penticton or elsewhere in the area. They also are very convenient and can usually fit you in the same day or next morning.

They have great prices and do a a great job, whether they are fixing a problem or changing my tire. They have friendly courteous service and always call when my car is ready. I highly recommend them.

Great auto shop very reasonable rates you can walk away not feeling like you just lost your life savings on a repair. Highly recommend!
