I still gave 2 stars, because i believe existance of repair shops like this is important. But, here is my experience. I've went there. Gave my tablet for repair. The guy gave me a price (it was a little higher than what it was worth, but I've said OK) and I've left my tablet. They never called back to inform. A week later I've went there again another guy told me that they've opened it up and then closed it back and the price is Going to be 30$ higher because it was harder than expected. I don't really care about 30 bucks, going there and coming back twice, has already cost me 30$ plus a week of lost time. But I don't like to be treated like this. So ended up buying a new tablet for 300. The old one is still home, broken.

I brought my Iphone to replace the glass at the store. Fix-R-Us were not able to change the glass and something went wrong with the phone during the process. They took their responsability and figure out a way to fix the phone like it was supposed to be so I could have the repairs done properly.
