Fix-It Friend

Annoying . . . . I reached out for a quote and was told the work I required was "out of the scope of their work". This is the problem with online quotes - pure miscommunication. I was willing to break the job up between contractors/trades, etc. but feel I was "passed on to the next guy" or that my job wasn't worth looking into/discussing further. They posted before and after photos of fencing which is exactly one of the projects I needed completed. It's too bad because I have a ton of stuff to complete on the inside of my home, as well, but wasn't given the opportunity to discuss further. Having to complete the online form and upload pics was too much of a hassle, especially for this old school gal. Adding 3 stars was purely because they have a decent reputation - didn't feel it was fair to rate low.
