I have been having cars repaired by FIX Auto on Queen for 15 years. 4 cars in 15 years. All manner of repairs. I have never been disappointed by their work. They do a great job and go the extra mile for me every time.

Was recommended to this place by my insurance company after my car was rear ended. They asked me to come in for an assessment and explained to me what work they will be doing. They asked me to come in next week and kept the car in their shop for a day. When I was back, the work done was excellent and I am extremely happy with the work Alex did for me.

Took my mercedes here as per my insurance, but had several issues with the service I received. The Good: - my car car was washed and vacuumed - my headlight and parking sensor were satisfactorily installed - brought my car back in to address my concerns The Bad: - hard to get on the phone, can take days to respond to msgs - took two weeks for an estimate - despite washing the car, both times I picked it up it was covered in sand and dust (perhaps this was due to nearby construction, or bodywork being done on other cars) The Ugly: - they did the work without my consent, or sending me an estimate first - it was like pulling teeth to get the stone chips around the damaged areas repaired. Many weren't fixed, and those that were look awful being either bubbled out or sucked in. - they burned swirls in my clearcoat, which they subsequently fixed This body shop failed to provide adequate bodywork, I would not recommend it.
