I am disappointed with fix auto in Miramichi.. My fiancé took his truck to get his rear bumper cleaned up from some rust. We drove it straight home after picking it up at 4:40 on Friday.. when he got home we noticed the two dents in the rear bumper.. which were not there before the bumper went into the shop. They are in the shape of two lines.. like it was set down on something. The shop closes at 5 so we were not able to get in contact with them until Monday.. on the phone, they told my fiancé that they would not fix it as the bumper looked “brand new” when they put it on. If that was the case, the paint would also not have contaminates in it either.. but we only care about the dents. They may not have seen them as they are more noticeable in direct sunlight. We both baby our vehicles, we don’t even park close to people in parking lots. My fiancé drives for a living.. There is nothing that he would of hit the truck on the way home from the shop. I understand he should of looked at it closer before leaving the shop but my fiancé is on the shy side and was exhausted from his 12+ hr shift. I hate that I have to leave a negative review.. but now we are left having to pay another shop to fix the mistake and take more time off work. Services: Body & Trim

My experience with Fix Auto was very good....... they were very courteous and friendly.... my car was in an accident and it was wrote off.... they were very helpful.... They answer all my questions and helped me in any way they could I would definitely recommend Fix Auto
