Mike was awesome when I brought it in for the estimate and Ashley was absolutely fabulous when I dropped it off for the repairs, and she did an extraordinary job with the detailing! Had a deer hit the side of my Jeep. Took it to fix auto in Kamloops and all the staff was amazing to deal with. Had a courtesy vehicle ready for me. Got the jeep back 9 days after taking it in and can’t even tell it was hit by a deer great work.Services: Painting

Just had the FIX Auto adjuster look over my Lexus for an estimate due to damage done to the front of my car. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the adjuster had done a few temporary fixes that were so helpful while I wait to get it in for the repairs. So appreciate the extra service given from FIX Auto. Worst experience ever. I just went to drop off my vehicle and multiple staff were extremely rude. I had been told things previously, when I got there it was a different story, and then multiple staff members coming at me being rude for no reason and then calling me rude when I was just there to drop my vehicle off. I was hoping to get my vehicle fixed before I moved out of the province. Now I will not be able to find anyone else to do it in time before I leave. Im extremely disappointment and upset with the service. I have been waiting two months for nothing. I wish I had gone somewhere else instead two months ago.

Everyone there was amazing and super helpful. Sadly my truck was beyond repair. but with the interaction I had with them I feel that had my vehicle not even written off by icbc they would have done an awesome job. If needed in the future I would not hesitate in trusting them with my repairs. Thanks again to all the great staff...your awesome

Have used them twice now for to repair a hit-and-run, and vandalism of my car. Both times my car came back like new and they even did a bit of interior detailing when I got it back! They are friendly and go over all the repairs that they are doing/done and in both cases had a courtesy vehicle ready and waiting for me to use while the repairs were done. Very happy with the service I received and I plan to continue using them though I hope I won't have to.
