I've been with Five star for 19 years now. I've purchased vehicles, replaced my roof and obtained a home equity loan through them. Their service is impeccable! Recently I made a banking error and overdrafted. I contacted the bank, explain and got it reversed. Five star is how banking should be! Thank you!

high service charges on checking accounts and god forbid if you go over a few cents in your account get charged a $40.00 overdraft charge. I have left this bank and went to Generations Bank 100% better and friendly staff
