Fantastic burger restaurant. It’s actually located in the building across from the Metro station but shows differently on Google maps. Bacon cheeseburgers and fresh cut French fries are absolutely divine. Five Guys puts all other burger joints to shame. Well priced and great value for your buck! Super fresh, made for you food that is delicious and served piping hot. Love the convenience when staying at the Marriott Courtyard Laval right around the corner.
Always loved their burgers. So much better compared to Harvey's and any fast food joints. Even some restaurants. The meat has actual seasoning. Feels like others are always bland.nnThe one thing I will say is it's expensive.nTheir Cajun fries are awesome
Just got my order from Uber… your employees put my large fry in a drink cup… my milkshake is missing 3 things in it. My burgers and hot dog are also missing condiments…. What’s going on?? 80+ dollars for garbage ……
I ordered food on Saturday the 28th of October. The food was decent although my fries were cold. The lady who took the cash had a black shirt on. She looked unhappy to serve me. After my order was taken I see her rampaging and after I overheard the staff talking about failing a test of some sort. This is not the experience I have had with othernstaff as usually I love coming to Five Guys. Seeing her go off on her staff and in front of customers is extremely unacceptable. My last experience was very pleasant. A girl named Ginelle took my order and greeted me friendly. The girl with the black shirt on ruined my experience and I refuse to come back to this Laval Five Guys again. The manager with the black shirt looks 18-19 years old which explains why she was having a tantrum.
One of the best fast food burgers out there for sure! Service was great and quick as well.
