Visited on my lunch break from work,Renorun check us out on App Store and it was my second time having five guys but my first time having the burger. It was superb, properly made and up to stew standards I’ve heard about them for so long. I will say it is pricey as they don’t sell combos, meaning you have to buy items individually and the cheapest burger is $10+ after tax. Overall Five stars for Five guys. Had to do it ‍
Stopped by for a quick dinner and the food was great! A burger goes for around $8-10; you can customize it was a whole list of free toppings though. They're really generous with the fries. Don't forget to grab some free peanuts and make sure to ask for the cajun seasoning on your fries.
I have looked at a great many of the negative reviews of this location and cannot agree with any of them. We have been to this location quite frequently over the last few years and very much enjoy the service and the best Burgers around. We always receive terrific service although quality does take a little longer than some of the other fast food burger joints and have never had an issue with taste, quality or quantity. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED if you are looking for a GREAT Burger and Fries.
Recently revisited after not being here since I was a child. I was really excited because I remember the food being amazing, but I was kind of underwhelmed. The person who took my order was kind of rude and short tempered and my order of a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink came out to 22 dollars. When I got my order the burger was kind of bland, not much flavor on the meat but the fries were really good. Probably won't go to this location again, there are better tasting and cheaper options everywhere without having to deal with rude staff.
High end fast food. Deliciously cooked burger with a selection of free gourmet toppings. The fries are tasty as well! Good portions.
First visit, food was great at first but we lost our appetite fairly quickly. Bathrooms were not only dirty but in disrepair, no hot water available for hand washing, women’s toilet leaked at the back to make a massive puddle, men’s and women’s washroom both had damaged/broken fixtures, and the men’s room had unidentified smears on the back of the door. This is of course on top of the dirty tables and floors in the dining area. Twice during our stay an employee came around and rubbed a dry towel on a few random tables, took no care further than a few weak strokes, was very obviously just looking busy for the cameras since the tables she “cleaned” had visible peanut shells and mustard smears from across the dining room.
Food is never on time weather it’s dine in or pick up! If you’re busy, hire more staff! It’s not like you don’t have the budget for it! I had to wait over an hour to pick an online order! Staff is so slow. The store is always dirty too. Do not eat here if you value your time. Obviously Five Guys doesn’t care. I would hive zero stars if I could!
I love it!!!! Best cheese burger and best fries ! I don’t know how in the world I haven’t tried it before!!! All this time wasting my money on other burger joints! I am telling you this is the place to go !Recommended dishesCheeseburger All the Way, Regular Fries
I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings and when I got home and went to eat the burger, I discovered no toppings at all. My friend who was with me clearly heard me order the toppings. Apparently the cashier wasn't listening too well. Really disappointing when you drive there to get what is normally a fantastic meal
Great burger joint, for those with a peanut allergy they do use peanut oil on their fries be sure to let the cashier know. They do take extra precautions that there’s no contamination when building your burger but be prepared to wait a little longer.
