We had a few burgers that are custom built. The fries were really crispy while paired with a milkshake. It was all very filling and satisfying. They do crank up music louder than it needed to be just so you are aware. You have options to sit outside if you want as well. Definitely worth a good burger too!
Good clean 5 Guys. As usual the hamburgers were hot and juicy, the fries were fresh out of the deep fryer, and all the toppings were free.
5 guys has a very good burger. I like their fresh ingredients, Service is super friendly and quick to help you, place is clean and always have music playing. They have the #2 best burger in town.
Yep. It's a five guys. Clean, nice, and one of the only options for outdoor dinning around. Outside tables some with shade. Easy online ordering. They are not stingy. Burger and fries and hot dogs and shake are good quality. Highly recommend for fast food alternative.
Most tables had crumbs on them. Both burgers had wrong toppings other than that it was great food. Just as slow as they were the lobby could have been cleaner. Great staff and fast service
Five guys completely worth the food, not to bad in price, all fresh you can tell, free peanuts still, workers amazing here. Will highly recommend and will be coming back. The picture of the meat was because it was too much for me... said no female ever except this one
Awful customer service. Asked to speak to a manager, and was told to "call the number". I asked that they provide me "the number" and was told its on the website. Called the number on the website while in the store, only for one of the people that had told me to call the number to answer and then tell me the name of the manager and how to reach him. This is not the first time I've had incorrectly made food, incredibly long wait times, and issues with staff members because they are likely underpaid and under trained for their positions. Hard to blame them usually, but today it isn't. Tried to call the 1800 customer service number to get assistance and got hung up on while leaving my information. You'd think for a place that focuses on customization would not mess up so often. Tl;dr Not worth your time. Eat somewhere else.
The majority of time they are pretty slow even when not extremely busy. They seem to have issues with their line-up cooks not receiving the orders on time. But the food does end up being great in the end so not going to deduct too much from them.Food: 4/5
I went to 5 guys today & asked for a small hamburger, I specifically asked for no cheese, tomato or mushrooms but yet still got the tomatoes & mushrooms. I am allergic to cheese, dislike mushrooms in the worst way & due to having bleeding ulcers my Gasterologist stated sternly NO TOMATOES. The hamburger was good what I could eat of it. I just want to state when someone specifically asks for certain items to be left off the hamburger, there is usually a reason why. In my case it's a medical reason.
Good food and service. Kinda pricey for what we ordered. Bathrooms have a code to access, so you have to let workers know before you pee. Guess Salem is just that ghetto now. Parking: Adequate
