The hotel was in a great location and the rooms very clean. Quiet street and close to everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We really love the Fitzgerald. They have recently made a lot of updates and it's truly a fine hotel, unique in Karlin. We hosted an event in their auditorium which was great, and we've enjoyed several other shows in that space, from comedy to burlesque. Big fan.Rooms: 5/5

The staff are so friendly, our breakfast took a little time to arrive in the morning and they were so apologetic they gave us a discount and we didn't even notice the delay. The hotel manager was always offering helpful advice and gave us a complimentary welcome drink. There is a tram right around the corner which will get you anywhere in the city you want to go.

What a beautiful and charming experience! The hotel is renovated and looks absolutely gorgeous, The stuff is extra caring and very approachable, we enjoyed every moment. The restaurant is also very great and although the hotel is located a few minutes walk from the commotion of the city center, it felt as we were sheltered from the noise and dust that is so typical for big cities like Prague. I highly recommend !!

Very comfortable stay. Spacious room with great facilities. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and have terrific amenities. Great value for money. Nice location with a lovely walk into all the main attractions. The front desk manager was the epitome of politeness and helpfulness. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice hotel, whit clean room and bathroom. Shower cabin is wide and nice. Free internet. Ironing is for free also. Nice and delicious breakfast. Pleasent staff. Balcony is for room without windows on street, but no so nice view. You can smoke :-Rooms: 5/5

I stayed at Hotel Alwyn for more than a week. Hotel is situated in one of the nicest area's of Prague Karlin, and for the purpose of my trip, this was the best hotel for me. Friendly welcome by the personel, always willing to help you out for a cappuccino, after breakfast time was passed already, and restaurant as closed, and even a laundry service was included. In one word: perfect! Because of a renovation I could not use the gym area, but the renovation in general did not bother me at all. Seems as if the hotel will be even more modern and nice looking after the renovation will be completed.
