I am a 50 year old active female and tired of strength training workouts that burn out my shoulders and knees. I've been following Fitness with PJ for a couple of months and she's nothing short of AMAZING!!! Her workouts are engaging with lots of adaptations and modifications for EVERY level of fitness. I especially love her workouts because I learn something new every time, they're actually FUN and most importantly, I am building strength and endurance. She does the workout right along with us and somehow is able to speak through it and give guidance and ensure correct posture although I'm completely out of breath... don't know how she does it!. Thank you, PJ!!!
My husband is Larry and I’m his wife Susan. Signing in on his account ! I LOVE PJ I’ve worked out my entire adult life I’m 62 so the pandemic was a very difficult time for me, not being able to go to my gym. I discovered PJ about 4 months into the pandemic and have been working out to her videos about 5 days a week since then. Her workouts are challenging and invigorating. Great for every fitness level as she always gives modifications and alternatives for various fitness levels. She’s funny and REAL. I love her fitness challenges and have become a Patreon member to support her at a time when paying a gym membership makes no sense. If you’re over 40 or even younger this is a great platform for overall fitness.
I found Fitness with PJ when the pandemic first started and she has gotten me into some of the best shape of my life. PJ has the uncanny ability to make you feel like she is in the room with you encouraging you to be your best. I feel like I not only found a tremendous trainer but a supportive friend that cheers me on toward my fitness goals. I highly recommend Fitness with PJ to anyone who wants to become more fit and healthy while having fun getting there.
I “found” Fitness with PJ during the first few months of the pandemic in the spring of 2020. I was looking for fitness trainers online since my gym had closed , and I was looking specifically for a trainer for women over 40 or over 50. What came up before I found PJ was terribly lame! I was over 50, not dead! PJ’s workouts are challenging but doable. PJ cues during the workouts which is so important since it’s not “in person” , but I swear, it feels like she is right there in the room with me! The workouts always include mods if needed and are designed to progress your fitness level. Being a part of Fitness with PJ has changed my life, my body and my perspective on daily fitness! I have recommended Fitness with PJ to other women and they love it too!! Thank you PJ for all you do!
I love working out with PJ. She is very thorough and offers options for different levels of working out. She coaches us all through the workout to make sure we are doing each move properly. This is not a whimpy workout. I always end up sweating. PJ challenges me with each workout. I feel I have gotten much more fit and stronger since I’ve been working out with PJ. She makes me feel like I’m right there with her in her studio! I found PJ during the first part of Covid - almost two years now - and I still feel like she is the best.
Great trainer! PJ’s workouts show that you can maintain your fitness level without a gym and offers a great variety of 30-40 minute workouts. There is focus on injury prevention, proper form and PJ really motivates me. So glad I discovered her workouts!
PJ's workouts are fun and challenging! I love the variety, and how she shows modifications so you can tailor your workout to your ability level. Since she's been a trainer for more than 25 years she has a wealth of knowledge on how the over-40 body works, and I have learned so much from her. All this plus her sense of humor, and the occasional appearance of her dogs, makes me look forward to every workout!
I highly recommend working out with PJ. The workouts are geared for beginners to advance levels. PJ offers modifications during the workout sessions for people experiencing joint pain so that they can still participate and see results. She has a fun personality and it feels like you are working out with her. I look forward to working out with her everyday.
