Fitness Forum Physical Therapy was founded in 1989. There are four clinics in the Utica region. Each clinic shares comprehensive rehabilitation that meets the needs of our patients. We understand the challenges of today's healthcare environment and strive to help you recover quickly, safely, and affordably.
