I've made a few pickup orders online. I always received the pickup notice super quickly and the collection process was always simple. These points should be universally applicable to all stores but sadly they are not.
So disappointed with my experience here and with the customer service. It took almost a month to receive the equipment I purchased and had to place multiple calls and emails to both this vendor and their shipment company. Wrong contact info was provided to the shipment company and when I tried to ask fitness avenu for help I was told the delivery company would contact me. I had to insist via phone and email and was pretty much left to hope and pray the shipper would figure it out.nnOnce a delivery date was set, several phones calls and several days later, they did not show. I followed up and had no help. On the day I had said I could not be home to receive the item I got a call saying the driver was on the way. Fortunately the delivery driver seemed like the only person that cared enough to help, because I had his direct number and ended having to call him when the shipper failed to meet the second delivery date we had scheduled.nnSpending thousands of dollars on equipment should not result in hours of effort on your customer’s part. I missed work and events making myself available for deliveries and could not have had a worse experience. You choose the delivery service and you were anything but helpful in getting the matter addressed.nnI’ve lost faith post-purchase service and I would say if you value that in your big purchases avoid this company unless you’re able to drive to store and pick up your item yourself.
I bought a punching bag a few weeks ago. Customer service was great. The employees were friendly. They were creative as well because they found a way to place the bag in our suv without damaging anything. The price is reasonable. The quality of the product is decent as well. I would definitely buy other gym equipments there in the future.
The store or warehouse was a little bit hard to find, a small sign that says open could help that. The service was impeccable, and the staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with any of your questions, regardless of your fitness levels or abilities. Most importantly, they will serve you in whatever language you want to work in. I could not recommend this place more, and you will understand what I mean when you walk in the door and talk to the person who is operating this.nCertainly, I will recommend this to anybody who is looking to build a small home gym or even a large one for that matter.
Awesome place to buy gym equipment at a great price. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The durability of AmStaff products is great but for some items the manufacturing precision could be better. The in-store inventory availability cannot be relied upon. If you go there for a specific product, I suggest you call them beforehand
