Read the Facebook reviews people! If you try to suspend or cancel your account they absolutely fail to do so, and then charge you to cancel. My wife suspended her account for childbirth, came back in and had been charged for all 6 months (even though her card was not scanned once). They refused to refund and still charged cancellation fee after the terrible customer service with the rude manager. Getting reported to the BBB. Over a dozen reviews with the same issues!

Don't like to be nit picky...but when the water fountain breaks....you don't use it as an opportunity to sell bottled water at full price while offering up the bathroom sink as an alternative. 1440 is literally the most expensive place in Redmond....you just expect more from a place like that.

Brand new equipment, nice people, theater room and offering few classes! Its a small gym and sometimes crowded but other than that its an ok gym!
