Fit For Life

I stumbled upon looking for a cheap sandwich at Tim Hortons and I found this amazing. It is so clean, the staff treat you like family and the sandwiches are delicious. I took a picture but trust me it tasted way better than it looks. The manger Wendy is amazing and suggested alternatives to try next time which offers even better value for money.

I ordered from here the first time and absolutely loved it! And thank you for the extra Quinoa Salad. You have earned a loyal costumer!

Quality and taste of food is exceptional. I would choose this place over “fresh” down the street any day. Also the customer service by the Asian lady was AMAZING. She helped make my kale quinoa salad. Also the the chicken wrap which was not dry, very tasty and fresh. Lentil soap was also great. Feels like eating healthy right at home but without having to do anything.

Wendy is a shining light in Midtown, I've worked in the area for years and regularly visit Fit for Life at least 2-3 times per week for lunch and sometimes breakfast. We do a lot of our corporate lunches through here also. The food is always so good and fresh, and the service is also so friendly whether its your first time or your hundredth time visiting. The fresh bar has so many options, sandwiches and wraps are stuffed full and the hot lunches are my week day go-to. Hot lunches are either noodles or rice, with your choice of two toppings from the hot table for around $8. Wendy always throws in some extra veggies for me for some extra nutrition! Trust the review score of 4.8, you can't go wrong here.

My daughter had an appointment yesterday down the street. When she was done, I asked the office where is the best place to eat around here walking distance. They recommended Fit for Life and let me tell you, hands down the best salad bar and sandwiches and everything in between was AMAZING! Including the owner and staff. Like family! I've been coming here for almost 15 years, and can say that this is one of my favorite small businesses in the city. All the staff are super friendly, especially Wendy. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. They have a salad bar, and also serve wraps, sandwiches, soups etc. Depending on the day, they also have noodles served with various meats and veggies. I have worked at Yonge and Eglinton for 15 years, and the biggest challenge I have is finding a healthy lunch that isn't crazy expensive. When I stumbled upon Fit For Life I was sooo amazed at the quality, variety and service. All of the staff are amazing, but the face of the company Wendy is a true gem, one in a million. Their salad bar is the best self-serve bar in the 'hood, and their made to order wraps and sandwiches are so filling and delicious, I go here a few times a week now! I just ordered my first catering meal from them so that my entire team can enjoy their lunch, and because I want to support local small businesses like this one so they stick around forever!

The lady who served me was so kind and courteous. She had a big smile on her face and put one on mine too. The food was also fantastic. You won't find prices better than this anywhere else. MUST TRY.

Hidden gem hidden behind the construction and a convenience store. You will be surprised how well maintained this place is. Lots of food choices to choose from, they are tasty and affordable. The lady running this place is so friendly!

Wendy is such a sweet lady at this take-out only restaurant inside a convenience store. Also the food is healthy and tasty. She would literally stuff your box with all the good food if you don't say "enough". Imagine all the good food for just under 10$, pretty incredible in my experience. If you haven't tried this place for breakfast and/or lunch if you live or work close by, then please do pop in to have a tasty sumptuous meal that would make your day.
