I have been here many times. Good service and reasonable prices. When I drop my clothes off she asks me the day and time I can pick up and it is always ready. I have not had problems with the hours or finding it closed.
A very nice lady who seems to run her business casually. Short hours and open sporadically. It took me 3 trips to pick up my clothes before I actually found her open
