An amazing place in Langley BC for all your aquarium needs. They have an awesome selection of fresh and salt water fish with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A must see if you love the aquarium and want to see a variety of species.
Great store. Very large selection of live stock and products. They didn’t have my preferred brand of fertilizer, but immediately researched it for the future. This store had my business the minute I walked into the livestock room and read this.
If you want quality products and to genuinely learn more about how to have and take care of an aquarium, this is the place to go. It can be very daunting as there are so many different things you need to pay attention to. This store carries fish friendly items. The amount of decorative items and such may not be a lot, like versus Petsmart, but the products they do carry are actually not harmful. A lot of the things you would get from Petsmart, you would assume are good for your fish. That's very wrong. Fish Addicts carry an assortment of fish! It's absolutely mind blowing. The staff are all very knowledgeable. The person I spoke to offered me great advice about aquatic plants and helped me to choose one. I highly recommend this store, even if you aren't intending to buy anything. Just walking past the tanks and seeing all the different types of fish they have is fun.
I get that many stores have limited staff these days but when you are at a fish store you can't just take your purchase to the till. Gave up trying to buy something after trying to find assistance for 15 min and then being told ok there are a couple people ahead of you. No problem, but 45 min later when new people keep coming in and are being served ahead of you and you are being told more than once that you are next it's time to shop somewhere else. All they needed to do is put in a ticket system like any organized business that has line ups.
If you're visiting this store, do your research and go in with a plan. Staff is limited and they may not find you in the huge back area to help you with any questions or potential purchases. It's without a doubt that they have the largest selection available to the public and their fish room is astounding carrying so many species including monster fish, however, you will need to go in with a plan and an assertive attitude to obtain what you're looking for. I've been to the store a few times...the energy has changed a lot revisiting the store recently. In terms of customer service it is probably the lowest out of all the local fish stores I've visited. I didn't feel welcome and I didn't feel good in my interactions...the experience of visiting this impressive fish store was soured due to the lack of quality in customer service. I don't want to leave any negative review, but I hope that this may improve the quality if I decide to revisit, but honestly I'm a little intimidated to return again. I do wish the best of luck for this business.
This place is very cool! Their fish room is incredible. If you don't have fish I would still suggest you pop in and even bring your kid to see the fish that they have there. It's like going to the aquarium for free almost. They are also really knowledgeable and helpful. I recently put a tank together and they helped me with the "need to knows" about preparing my new tank for new fish. Suggesting that I spend the time getting the water ready and I not take fish home until I do. So no upselling here either. I got the feeling that they actually want my fish to thrive in my tank. Shout out to the young girl in the fish room who knows her fish lol and thanks to the taller man from the fish room for all the help and advice during my second visit.

A fish keeper's paradise!! One can spend hours here looking at their selection and displays, ranging from tiny neons to massive monster fish! So much choice and fairly priced too. I definitely recommend checking them out!
A hidden gem! What a selection of exotic animals - so many tanks brimming with fish, but also tortoises, coral, loads and loads of aquatic plants - and the piranha are truly breathtaking! It’s not a “shiny” sales floor but they sure are a great resource with massive selection
