FirstOntario Credit Union

The staff here are friendly and go above and beyond. I never wait in line for more than a few minutes when there actually is one. Tara has been amazing helping with me with all of my accounts and mortgages etc. Highly recommend

Came into ask for an account and i was explained what i was being offered and i was given the soonest appointment possible. Very nice customer service :)

Horrible customer service. Waited a week for appointment to setup an account which apparently they put the date in their system wrong. No call or nothing when I didn't show up for their incorrectly booked appointment. I show up for the appointment on the card I was given and I'm told I'll either have to wait or come back, like I have nothing else to do. I replied to them that I'll be taking my business elsewhere if this is how they operate. Incompetence runs rampant at this location! Would give 0 or negative stars if it was possible. Thanks first Ontario for an utterly disappointing expierience with a potential new client!
