Are you looking for a professional atmosphere where you feel confident, welcome and valued? This certainly shouldn't be the first place you come to look, or at all. Between the awkward silences and the guy not even having the decency to introduce himself I left frustrated. The real kicker was the other lady in the same office saying sarcastically to my wife "don't try the other first tax at the mall either." Many thanks for such a great experience.

Id give 5...but today a guy answered and more less tossed me off when he could have easily helped me out.i needed some papers printed off for wsib relating to taxes for a few years back.he sluffed me off to the revenue canada website.print it off of there he says...if i had the printwr option i would.thanks for nothing.now carol is amazing.always helpful..great with my taxes and explains or gains and losses..thank you.as for the guy poor customer relations for a regular client.

I have had complicated returns involving a personal business, rental properties, investments (Canadian and foreign), and a contract job, and for 8 years they've gotten it right. The one negative review on facebook is written by a guy who has left numerous negative reviews on many tax preparers websites, so it seems he is only on a mission to steer people elsewhere, not give a reliable review. Do your research people, and don't blankly believe everything you read on the internet,
