First State Bank-Le Center

First State Bank employees have always been very polite, kind, and helpful. Our family has banked there for over 25 years!

This bank had a very rude teller who first assumed I was there to get a loan and would not let me in because she said I needed an appointment. Then when I told her I was there to open a bank account she let me in, but did not let me open up an account for my little brother because she said there is no reason for a minor to have a bank account smh. My boyfriend went back today to close his account here because we didn’t like their service and they wouldn’t even let him walk in to close his account. All the bank tellers stared at him from the door and pointed for him to read the sign to make an appointment. Why do you need an appointment to just withdrawal your own money??? Especially when your all sitting inside not even busy doing anything... You if you are thinking about banking you should just go next door to First National Bank it’s much nicer and has drive thru service.

Best bank ever. I use the Henderson facility too. Everybody remembers me and treats me terrifically. I feel like a rock star when I'm at either bank.
