Broadwater location is great with friendly and excellent staff. The Laurel location has a rude and inconsiderate manager who has never been cordial or shown respect for a customer. I have consistently paid monthly payments and have had $800-$1000 in loans = $200-$300 p/mo and not once have been given a break. Today I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and not surprisingly responded with "that's fine"! WTF

I would have been better served if both associates would have been on the same page. As sales people go they were not at their best. I would recommend anyone to go to another pawnshop even in Billings, preferably not this company, and give them their business. These guys are not willing to give their best. And do not get me started on what happens to something they lose for you. Let's just say they blamed me for the loss.... Well after all is said and done I will never recommend or go to these people.
