First National Bank

Horrible experience with this bank. They couldn't even handle a ten thousand dollar deposit. Gave me paperwork stating it would be cleared in two intervals and the paperwork had the dates on it. They turned around and changed those dates to later dates and didn't even bother to call me about it. Then to get the entire deposit released to me I had to do the leg work of calling the bank where the check originated and have them fax me a copy of the check being released on the their side. Unprofessional, not courteous in the slightest, just a horrible experience with this bank. I'll never put my money in a place like this again. I would have given a negative rating if that was possible.

Nicki Montelongo was my first call when my husband and I had the initial thought of purchasing our home because we were not going to be able to rent where we were at anymore. We honestly didn't think that we would even be ready or able to purchase. Nicki was great about explaining things to me in layman terms and gave me a starting point. Buying any home can be stressful but she was fantastic! We got into a home that we love and with payments we love even more! Then I get a letter in the mail from her a couple days ago congratulating me on our first year of being in our home. Nicki's work ethic and personal attention to detail is something I admire and respect. I would recommend her to anyone! Since the purchase of our home she has also helped us with other financial projects and we have loved working with her. Nicki, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication and for being a shining example of a person taking pride in all that she does!
