If i could give them zero stars i would. Worst banking service ever. I asked to increase my loan payment i filled out the form inside the branch. They lost it.... i refilled it again and what did they do entered the wrong account # so no payment got processed. Now no one can give me an answer as to what is going on.

Awful. They have no problem making customers wait an hour or more for service. Closing my account and never looking back.
