Rude and uninformed

I stopped by just to find out  their lowest rate possible, with great credit, for an auto loan. The people here didn't know so the lady called a main branch that said a complete loan application has to be filled out to find out. I said I checked with 3 other banks and I didnt have a problem and the lady said "fine" and went back to talking with the other teller, like I was annoying her and her conversation.
