Great customer service along with awesome product. Had installation done last summer. Waited to give review until after winter to see how the fence faired. It did excellent. Went from old worn out rotten fence to a bright sparkling white vinyl fence. Have gotten a lot attention from cars slowing down as they pass to foot traffic stopping for a closer look. Neighbour told me she overheard conversation from a couple of people who drove by and then walked back to have a closer look. Very impressed. Thank You First Class Fencing. I can’t help but take a peek out back to see a sight to behold.
An absolute pleasure to work with. They were very prompt in their communication and very clear on what the process would be, including documentation to show the work they had done before. I especially appreciate that they sent someone out to measure and do an estimate so that I felt assured that the estimate would be accurate to avoid any surprises later. Once work began, with updates between the deposit and the start of work letting me know where they were at, it was very quick and minimally disruptive. The crew that came out were very professional and friendly and the quality of work superb. There was a small issue where the supplier hadn’t provided a piece where there was a grade change, but after chatting with the team at the office the contractor came back later that day with the part to fix things up. Overall the fence looks great, the team was awesome to work with, and what could’ve been a stressful process was made pain-free.
We needed to replace a 10+ year old fence that was quite literally falling apart. We also have dogs, so wanted something that would keep them safe in our backyard. These guys did a great job communicating and installing the fence! They were efficient, kind, and thorough. Greatly appreciated and it makes our yard look so much better & bigger.
We had First Class Fencing build a new fence with 3 gates. When their estimator come out he was very professional and understood what we wanted. On the day of the job their foreman, their team was great and completed the fence perfectly.
First Class Fencing did a fabulous job. Before installation, they communicated very well and helped us through the split invoice process. During installation, the foreman stayed in touch with us and made sure all work was completed professionally.
We received several quotes before beginning our fence project on our new house. We went with First Class Fencing because they were by far the most professional, listened to what we wanted and had the best warranty. They did not disappoint!
We had a fantastic experience working to do an ornamental fence. We contacted them and met with us promptly after inquiring to walk us through the process and set the right expectation. They were quick to follow up and get the work started with a friendly and professional team and everything went as originally discussed.
