Very friendly staff.  Excellent customer service, greeted as soon as you walk in the door.  Very accommodating, letting the customer know how long the wait is, offer to take a name for next on the list and appointments.  Always ready to please with how the customer wants their hair washed and how the hair is to be styled.  Not afraid to use product as requested.  I have been going here since it opened.

Wonderful experience! Went in to get my sideburns and neck cleaned up expected to pay $20! Little did I know they offer complimentary clean ups! Thank you guys I am impressed :)
