I got a great haircut from Megan, she is super friendly and overall a great experience.
I recently went to first choice haircutters in Goderich, to begin my search to find someone who could cut my hair the way my old hair dresser used to before retiring last year. I spoke to a hairstylist there named Jenna. She was patient and professional when listening to my preferences and my dilemma since my old hairstylist has retired. I think my search may be over. THANK YOU JENNA, for fixing my hair problem and thank you First Choice Goderich. I will most certainly be back to see you soon.
Great service, friendly, fast, and efficient, I might be cheap but $30 for a mens haircut seems a bit steep, but great hours, convenient. Bald or grown out is always an option too though
Went there as a walk in for a clip. The stylist, Scott cut my hair exactly as I had requested. He had no issues when I had asked to take the 1.5 clippers, after having started with the 2. The cut cost for an adult male was reasonable. Thanks Scott and First Choice Hair.
Friendly atmosphere, bad service. As nice as the hairdresser was, it doesn't make up for her rough maneuvers that were not in any way pleasant. My hair was pulled, my neck was poked multiple times by the clippers, and I didn't even get brushed off. I wouldn't recommend unless you just need the edges of your hair tidied up, other than that, there's plenty of better options.
Went in to see if I could get a trim.. stood in line for about 5 or 6 minutes.. I did not mind waiting however not one hair dresser looked at me or said hello to me, but when another customer walks in behind me one of the employees asks him if he'd like a cut. So hes told to wait, as I'm still standing in the front of the line unnoticed. And then again another customer walks in and she is asked if she'd like a cut as I'm still not being acknowledged. At this point I was expecting one of the hairdressers to ask me after they had now asked the 2 people who walked in after me if I would like a cut. However they did not. I'm sure they do great cuts I just felt the customer service lacked today. I left feeling self conscious wondering why they wouldnt say anything to me. I'm sure I could have waited longer but felt like it was just a waste of my time.
Rude employees! Bad customer service, ruined my hair and not accepting the mistakes and saying we don’t cut hair over here then what is first choice haircut even more making excuses that we don’t have proper cutter ! Are you guys serious please learn how to run first choice and how to cut hair . Am never coming here again. 0% rating to you.
