The hairdresser cut off twice as much as I asked for even though I clearly told her what I wanted and explained that I have a lot of anxiety around my hair. I know it’s irrational but that doesn’t change that it exists. She had me take my glasses off during the haircut and I’m blind without them so I couldn’t see how much she was cutting off but after I left and saw how short it was I had a panic attack on the sidewalk. I can’t look in a mirror because I start panicking whenever I do. I’m never going back, what’s the point of asking your clients what they want if you’re just going to do what ever you want instead?
All I wanted was the sides cleaned up and they buzzed me straight that was the first time I went to them and I thought maybe just bad luck so I went again and buzzed me again all I wanted was the side burns cleaned and that was the last time I went to themService: Hairstyling

Gave me the beard trim I asked for unlike the humble barber shop which took 6 inches off when I asked for not more than 1 inch off.
I was looking for a salon that accepted walk-ins. They do! Very friendly. Very clean. Shampoo and cut for very reasonable price! Ruby did a great job with my short hair style.
A chain hair cutters, but with very friendly staff. Every time I have gone they have followed any request I have had and always seemed to enjoy their time there. The only thing is that you will want to set aside an hour for your cut, waits seem to be the norm.
It was busy when I was there but I didn't feel rushed. It was a good haircut and inexpensive. Thank you
