First Choice Haircutters

My 79 year old husband went in for a haircut yesterday Dec 19th. I went next door to the Dollar Store. I was not very long and he was coming out saying he was done. I checked the back of his head and there was a clump of hair at the right side of his neck. He said that he was 2 minutes in the chair. She used the clipper and didn't check what it looked at. So we went back in and she fumbled to try and fix it and I kept trying to show her his neckline.FinallyI walked away and another hairdresser tried to explain to her how to fix the problem. The other person took the clippers from her and did the job. I was called "the boss" over to inspect the job. I resent being taken advantage of an old person and being referred to as the boss when I was only trying to get a haircut done properly. Our treatment was a prime example of ageism. Hair dressers at your shop should be certified and somewhat competent.

Went in on a Tuesday morning & was in the chair in less than 15 minutes. Had a nice chat with Alanna & received an excellent wash, cut & blow dry. (She also thinned out my thick hair.) Great value for not a lot of time wasted.

Awesome service. The staff is very helpful and I always leave with a great cut! Highly recommend them!!!

Not happy. Asked for hair to be layered, not a blunt cut. Showed a picture of style wanted. Received blunt cut, no layers, not even close to the picture.
