Stop Looking! If you are in the market for a monument stone, this is the place to deal with! With lots of Covid time, our family discovered a long lost relative buried in Union Cemetery from 1912, and wanted to place a monument on her unmarked grave. Remotely from Winnipeg, using their website, email and phone, we dealt with Ann Westfall, who was extremely helpful. Pricing was more than fair, they gave us a myriad of options to choose from, delivery was on time, communication was prompt, promises were kept, workmanship was excellent, and the stone is installed and looks simply wonderful. Our Great Grandmother is smiling down on us! If you are in the market for a stone, I would heartily recommend this company. Ask for Ann, she will look after you.
After playing email and phone tag with other businesses, I found "First Call Monuments". Like the add says, it should have been my first call. I wasted a ton of time playing tag. All of the staff worked to find the exact solution that I was looking for. Perfect!! Excellent work and service!! Super happy with the results! I know exactly where I'm going next time.
Brad and Kayla both wonderful and very helpful and enjoyed our experience at First Call Monuments. I hope not anytime soon but when we do require any additonal products I will always purchase from here. The customer service and quick response and the kindness was more than we expected.
Attentive when looking at getting things done after my Father passed away - yes. Inscription for date of passing was not the same size as original letters so it looks out of place. Mentioned it in an email when they billed again for all already paid service and there still has been no follow up.

Brad and Randi were amazing. They were welcoming and caring. We weren't just another sale which we felt upon entering other monument locations, we were a grieving family that were treated with kindness and care. They were great in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them.
