I have a really bad experience with the escrow Rebecca or Becky, hang out on me and was really rude, I was just trying to found out, why her assistant told to go to Everett office and pick up me deed and a refund for my earnets money today , just to found out that I lost a complete day at work, once in Everett they dont have any documentation ready or my money, I have to called this office and talk to make sure what's going on, Rebecca answer, I was looking for answers why they told on the 28 all will be ready? Instead , she was rude saying I didn't not have to go there or have any appointment that money will be issue on the 30 and regarding my deed she will found out about it but no guarantee, We been talking longer time ago that all will be ready by the 28. and she get mat at me like if I was in fault for any of his job , or to go to this office, I am entitled to found out where is my money is! Or my deed my part is show up my self when they told me to do. But they dont look at the people interest or work in your behalf instead of been happy to serve or try to help you they just leave you with the bad feeling of not trusting them. Defenelly I will not recommended this tittle insurance in Olympia.

I have known and worked with Lisa for the last 10 years . She is a true professional and the best I have ever worked with. I have closed almost 2,500 transactions and might know a thing or two about the process... Go Lisa

It's difficult to give people your money when they are being rude to you. I would never recommend this company.
