Title Financial Corporation consists of three wholly owned subsidiaries known as First American Title Company, Inc. and First American Title Company of Montana, Inc. and Title Financial Corporation of Wyoming. All offer a wide variety of title insurance and associated closing and escrow services to protect real property buyers and lenders from problems that might affect real estate title ownership. First American Title Company, Inc. operates 20 offices which serve 29 counties in Idaho. First American Title Company of Montana, Inc. operates 25 offices serving 23 counties in Montana. Title Financial Corporation operates 3 offices; Gillette Title Services, Jackson Hole Title and Escrow and Laramie County Abstract & Title Co., servicing 4 counties in Wyoming.

In addition, Title Financial Corporation operates Title Financial Specialty Services which provides additional real estate related services consisting of §1031 exchange accommodation, non-judicial foreclosure services, centralized reconveyance services, reconveyance tracking services, and long-term escrow services.
