I had a friend who needed help. She ended up needing a tire and i was informed by her quickly about it. I had called rick at this location to discuss it and help out as she was a little short for the repair. As an asst manager of another auto shop in west des moines i saw how caring and upfront rick was about helping his customers that walk the his doors. Kudos to rick and his team for helping my friend out in her time of need quickly and efficiently and hope maybe some day i can pass the favor on to them! Happy holidays to you and your team!
