Great customer service!! These guys are great. I talked to Devin, the manager, many, many times over a 2 month period and he was very patient. We eventually chose the natural gas fireplace that Devin had recommended to begin with. The installation was perfect and the techs were friendly and very competent. Thanks so much, Fireside! We'll definitely use your services again.

Great Service at a Great Price. They took the time to make me a custom gasket and didn't even charge me! Fireside is AMAZING!

Best service in town. I had another company come look at my elderly moms furnace and they said that the "heat exchanger" was bad and that she needs to put in a new furnace right away. They told me about $10,000 to have it replaced so I got Fireside Mechanical in to give me a quote and they tested the heat exchanger and told me it was fine. They gave me the option to fix my furnace for about $250 or they could replace it for $4500. I will never go back to "The Great Scammers" company!
